We’re all hopeful that this year will be the one we’ve been waiting for. There’s no doubt that there is real estate money out there to be made. The question is, will you make money? Or, will you miss your opportunity? I don’t want that to happen.
It’s already the end of January. Hopefully, you’ve made some plans for how you’re going to capitalize on what the experts are saying should be a profitable year for real estate investors. What’s your plan? Buy? Sell? Flip? Rent? Invest? Partner?
