We offer a variety of coaching products that are tailored to your needs… whether you’re just starting out, a seasoned veteran or just want some information, we have the coaching program for you!  Please choose what works best for you and schedule a free 30-minute consultation to learn more about how Delinda can help you reach your real estate investing goals!

• Annual Coaching Program – This is our bread and butter… meet with Delinda weekly for an entire year, where you both will create a plan with your real estate investing goals in mind.  Whether you want to flip, wholesale, lend money, buy and hold, short/long term rentals… you name it, you’ll both craft a plan together that will help you achieve your goals!
• Semi-Annual Coaching Program – This program offers similar access to Delinda’s annual coaching program, but for six consecutive months.  If you have commitment issues, this might be the program for you!
• Just starting out – So you’re new to real estate investing and not sure if this is right for you?  This program offers four one on one conversations with Delinda over the course of a month and access via email where you will learn how to get started from the best in the business!  We’ll even throw in her book, so you gain some real-life insight into the business.
• Seasoned Veteran – You’ve been in the business a while and need some advice from the best on deals, how to raise more cash, whether it’s the right time to sell, flip, hold, strategize…. well, you’ve come to the right place!  We can tailor a plan where you and Delinda structure your own coaching sessions that will include weekly one on one conversations and access via email or text.  Plans start out monthly and can range up to a year.
